We also know change is inevitable.

Therefore, it becomes critically important to understand change and build our ability to be resilient and adapt.

Participants will:

  • Develop an understanding of the Kubler-Ross model of change
  • Examine their personal style under stress & how stress reacts in our bodies
  • Learn the neurological behavior that governs habits and routines
  • Complete a personal resilience assessment and develop strategies to increase coping strategies

Myers-Briggs @ Work

Personality assessments are commonly used in the workplace for various purposes such as recruitment practices, designation of functional working groups and team building exercises. Most recently, we recognize the necessity of diversity in the workplace and capitalizing on people’s individual strengths and aptitude to create a richer environment of productivity and creativity.

Myers-Briggs is a well-known personality test that has been in existence since 1917 and has assessed over 50 million people since record keeping began in 1962.

In this discussion, participants will learn:

  • The history of diversity in the workplace and its importance now
  • Their personal Myers-Briggs’ 4-letter score, their workmate’s profiles and the profiles of some famous people
  • The definition of the 16 Myers-Briggs types and these can define our work & career choices
