One of my core values is supporting community and I do this in a variety of ways.
Lids4Kids – Ontario, in its 6th year has donated over 1100 warm wear items to organizations that support vulnerable populations.
I also volunteer as a course facilitator for the non-profit Ottawa Network for Borderline Personality Disorder (ON-BPD) and am a member of the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEA-BPD).
Most recently, I have provided pro-bono coaching services to Up With Women, a national organization that supports marginalized women and empowers the to rebuild their success and to live fulfilling lives.
My belief is that community is the foundation of society and supporting others keeps me grateful and present.
