Supporting the community is a fundamental value for me. I believe that supporting community is the cornerstone of a thriving society, reflecting the values of empathy, responsibility and human connection. Promoting inclusivity and creating a sense of wellbeing for all is work I find gratifying and important.
Lids4Kids – Warmer Communities, launched in 2016 has donated thousands of warm wear items to organizations aiding underserved populations.
Additionally, I have volunteered as a course facilitator with the Ottawa Network for Borderline Personality Disorder (ON-BPD) and served on the Board of Directors. I am an active member of the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEA-BPD).
I provide pro-bono coaching services to Up with Women, a national organization dedicated to supporting marginalized women by helping them rebuild their success and lead fulfilling lives.
